The accommodation at a glance
Our accommodation offers space for up to 18 people and can be booked from just €32 per person per night (incl. VAT). It is a more upmarket alternative to classic fitter’s rooms and impresses with its clean, modern furnishings and high standard of comfort.
The rooms are functional and cosy at the same time – ideal for individuals or teams of two. Each room has separate beds, a private bathroom with shower and toilet, a flat-screen TV and a fridge with freezer compartment. A fully equipped communal kitchen is available to all guests and allows for flexible self-catering – perfect for longer stays.
Our accommodation is located in the foothills of the Harz Mountains, close to Lake Vienenburg. The quiet, convenient location offers short distances to the surrounding industrial and assembly companies. Shopping facilities and restaurants are also nearby – ideal for a pleasant evening after work.

No, tenants for short periods are also welcome! However, special conditions are only possible for larger groups and longer rental periods.
Yes, there are plenty of parking spaces at all our accommodation. There is also enough space for larger vehicles such as vans.
Our cleaning team comes by daily to empty rubbish and ensure cleanliness. This excludes weekends and public holidays. Final cleaning is also included in the price.
Just as we do not specify a minimum rental period, we also do not have a maximum period. Long-term tenants are even welcome! By arrangement we can even offer you special conditions, the longer you stay, the better the price!
Yes, there are various shops in the immediate vicinity of all our accommodation where you can buy everything you need for your daily needs.
Bus stops and the railway station are within walking distance of the accommodation. If you are travelling by car, the motorway is also just a few minutes away. From there, there are connections to Salzgitter, Braunschweig and Hanover via the A395 motorway and to Wernigerode and Halle via the A36.
