Welcome to our “Willis” accommodation – ideal for larger teams of fitters and groups looking for comfortable and affordable accommodation in the beautiful foothills of the Harz Mountains.
The accommodation at a glance
Our “Willis” accommodation offers rooms for up to 30 people from €21 per person per night. We are happy to negotiate special conditions for larger groups and longer rental periods. The flats are cosily furnished, with an equipped kitchen for self-catering and private bathrooms with WC and shower. There are single, double and triple rooms, each with single beds.
The accommodation is located in the foothills of the Harz Mountains near Lake Vienenburg. The beautiful natural surroundings invite you to spend the evening hiking, cycling and walking. There are also shopping facilities, restaurants and various leisure activities in the immediate vicinity.

No, tenants for short periods are also welcome! However, special conditions are only possible for larger groups and longer rental periods.
Yes, there are plenty of parking spaces at all our accommodation. There is also enough space for larger vehicles such as vans.
Our cleaning team comes by daily to empty rubbish and ensure cleanliness. This excludes weekends and public holidays. Final cleaning is also included in the price.
Just as we do not specify a minimum rental period, we also do not have a maximum period. Long-term tenants are even welcome! By arrangement we can even offer you special conditions, the longer you stay, the better the price!
Yes, there are various shops in the immediate vicinity of all our accommodation where you can buy everything you need for your daily needs.
Bus stops and the railway station are within walking distance of the accommodation. If you are travelling by car, the motorway is also just a few minutes away. From there, there are connections to Salzgitter, Braunschweig and Hanover via the A395 motorway and to Wernigerode and Halle via the A36.
